Rating: T (language) Relationship: Aura Blackquill/Amara Sigatar Khura'in (+ past relationships) Warnings: Dual Destinies + Spirit of Justice Spoilers, canon character deaths, discussions of grief Preview: Aura is the last to arrive (much to the dismay of her parole officer) and sat in the usual spot she takes by the window is a woman she's never seen before. She's got long, lavender hair with two small braids pulling it out of her eyes, and her face bears ornate markings that Aura can only assume have some sort of cultural significance. She's sat up straight, one leg crossed over the other with her hands placed delicately in her lap, and as Aura pulls up a chair the two of them make eye contact.

Her eyes are sad, in an oddly warm, wistful way. The eyes of a woman who's been through too much, Aura thinks. She knows that look all too well.

Aura attends group grief counselling as a condition of her parole - something she hates until a new face shows up.
