A fallen Aasimar, circle of the blighted druid, a character I had the absolute pleasure of designing and bringing to life for @mccnspell

My brief was to design a character inspired by a dark fantasy wooden creature with a witchy inspo board. Design is built around black blood vessels and corruption from within to match her blighted druid class.

Her metallic black corruption vessels are seen through her porcelain skin, with decay growing from her heart and extremities, which now look like decayed tissue.

Two thick wooden branches sprout out of her spine and encircle her from behind, mirroring blackened blood vessels in shape and color. Corruption is manifesting on her face in a way that looks like tears, mourning what could have been.

All other design choices were made to amplify and not obscure these key design features. Brambles and thorns were added at the client's request, and to amplify the blighted forest taking over her.

I cannot overstate how much fun I had while working on this design! When the whole story and concept fell into place - that is the feeling I will be chasing again in the future for sure! Send me more DnD characters! Both to design or work with! My commissions are open and I need only one more commission with review on VGen to get verified

This is a follow-up to my previous sketch of an older Jemima with her son Alon. I couldn't NOT draw Edan with the kids too, and I also had to draw him wearing a shirt I saw ages ago on tumblr (and no I didn't save the link, you'll just have to believe me). So, here's Edan with his daughters, Elah and Dalia. It used to be just the twins, but ngl I couldn't help it, I had to give them more kids after Edan's appearance in our new D&D campaign. XD

Fun fact, like their father, the kids all have names with Hebrew meanings, all based around some kind of nature (and also a theme of sounding like another name.) Elah means terebinth tree, Alon means oak tree, and Dalia refers to a branch. Fitting, seeing as how their grandfather is quite literally a tree the god of wild nature.

I drew up @quirklessbunny‘s Dnd character Cassiel. He is part of Naqorel and Kipa’s team and is the other love interest of Naqorel. He’s a sweet and stoic druid with a heart of gold, I hope ya’ll like him!!
