Sorry I missed yesterday, friends, Tuesday’s are a tad hectic for me. So you’ll get both challenges today!

Tues 24th, Day 3: Post about canon and headcanoned asexual/spectrum characters in games and any other media not mentioned in the previous days.

I’m not super into video games but.

I believe Daud from Dishonored is a canon asexual?

Spyro the dragon is ace he’s a dragon and purple.

Wed 25th, Day 4: Post about how a canon asexual/spectrum character came out or how you believe a headcanoned asexual/spectrum character would come out. Or post about them not coming out and why they haven’t.

Luna Lovegood doesn’t like big, grand, coming out parties or anything. For the most part, she keeps it to herself, but if someone asks, she’ll tell them she’s asexual. Not being out very much doesn’t make her insecure, Luna is comfortable with who she is. She doesn’t need anyone else’s approval to identify as asexual or be herself.

some of my head cannons for ace characters in books/comics:

kaz brekker (six of crows): i think this is a pretty popular hc, but he is clearly uninterested in anything sexual to the point of being touch repulsed without his gloves, although this is probably partly caused by some PTSD... still, i haven’t finished the last book yet, but i think he ends up in a romantic relationship with his best pal (oops spoilers) so that’s pretty cool

katniss everdeen (hunger games): also i haven’t read thg in a while but i’m PRETTY SURE she fits the asexual standard, and arguably, the aromantic one too. she only really starts anything with peeta/gale(?) because she’s in a life/death scenario and jk i think she falls in love with peeta but she has kids with him at the very end but she says that she only had them because peeta really wanted them and she wasn’t that interested in having kids. so idk, i like to think she’s ace.

linh cinder + emperor kai (lunar chronicles): god i haven’t read anything in years (don’t do anime kids) and tbh i don’t have any good reason for hcing them ace, but HERE. WE. ARE. and tbf i would hc everyone in this series ace but i’m trying to restrain myself. my otp in that series used to be cresswell, but i’ve kinda backed out of that one because i was young and didn’t realize what such a big age gap meant. looking at kaider (? is that what it’s called?) they were pretty cute. even if they seemed like that one perfect couple that didn’t seem that good shippywise because of how perfect they were, i look back on it now and they were hilarious. idk, i guess they’re both just so badass in their own ways and they ended up together and 12yr old me was like ‘ahhh yes. they don’t like the business.

hhhhhy i have SO many for anime/tv shows which tbh is kinda sad but i haven’t read books in so long.
