heated rivalry is one of the first ACTIVE fandoms i have been a part of - i'm always late to the party. like, i didn't discover glee until like 2021 lol. was also late to until dawn, detroit: become human, survivor.... lol

EXPERIENCE:

how long? (months/years): i started in 2011, more than half my life ago! it's been very off and on. i will be active for a year or two, drop off the face of the earth for a year or two and then restart, lol

best experience: that's a tough one! i have had so much fun over the years. i love watching my characters evolve and my writing improve the longer i write

MUSE PREFERENCES:

female or male: male, and i hate that because women are so under-represented in the rpc. but i just can't write them as well as males, i can't explain it. i hear this is a common problem, though. i've written a few female muses and i just don't get as excited about them.

fluff, angst, or smut: anybody who has written with me knows the answer is angst 1000% of the time lmao. i tend to write extremely angst-heavy muses for this reason, which is why i think i was drawn to ilya so quickly. i originally wanted to write kip but he's just so... adorable and happy and not my style, lol. i have to be in the right mood for smut but i enjoy it very often, and i like fluff with the right people.

plots or memes: i rely a lot on memes for inspiration at the very least! i wish i was better at plotting after 15 years of writing but. alas. i love go-with-the-flow writing. i love not fully knowing where the story is going to go and what my next reply will be like. delicious.

long or short replies: nice middle ground. definitely prefer longer a lot of the time, but also love texting threads. i've never been a fan of one-liners outside of like an open starter or something.

best time to write: probably late night, like 8pm-1am is my prime writing time but that's just when i'm free lol

Bio

Cami was produced from a one night stand. her mother raised her by herself.

When she was six, her mother was murdered by her father in a drug induced rage. Cami then went into the foster system.

What got her through the multiple foster homes was books. She read almost nonstop and it gave her a place to run to when real life wasn’t great.

At twelve, Cami was adopted by the Reeves family and become the big sister to two younger siblings. She became their protector and loves them like they are her blood.

After being bullied when people found out who her father is, Cami decided she was not going to be living in San Diego anymore. She got a full ride to USC and went to school for social work.

Once she finished school, she moved to Chicago to get away from her hometown and went to get her master’s at Northwestern while working as a social worker.

She now works mainly with kids who have parents in the system.

Buying a small home in Chicago, Cami lives there with her dog, Elvis, who is her other half. She treats him like her own child.

Personality

Cami is the quiet type if you don’t know her. She usually sticks to herself and rarely bothers people unless she really needs to.

She has a massive wall up. Being bullied as a child has made her nervous to talk about any part of her past unless she’s with one of the kids she works with.

She ignores all contact from her biological father who is in prison for life. Letters come and she just throws them away, usually making her moody at first because of it.

Once you get to know her, she’s friendly and outgoing. She has a quirkiness about her that isn’t extreme, but still noticeable.
