Completing week 2, was definitely a struggle. I had a sugar craving that I wasn't quite sure I could kick. Had some work obligations that had me questioning this entire journey since I didn't plan well enough to pack enough protein. But I can say, I got through it, I'm still on track and I learned the most during this week. • I decided that while trying all these recipes are fun (not exactly for my bank account) and for the most part yummy, if I'm gonna be successful with the @whole30 I need to be smarter. I need to pick a few recipes I love that I can maintain over the next two weeks and carry over for the rest of my life... • • So, I tried a lot of new things, but what I learned was leftovers for breakfast and lunch are so so key! You'll see many pictures of things that I had for dinner or breakfast or lunch, then again you'll see those things incorporated in other meals. I have to stop doing too much and trying to create masterpieces with every meal. It's about health and changing my lifestyle and of course, @lacroixwater !!! • • Thank you, @aczajkow for putting up with me and going on this journey with me. I'm definitely LESS bloated.
