Day 6 down... . . . . I slept in until 9AM after coming home from delayed planes at 1:45AM... I did however wake up refreshed! Felt energized for most of the morning but wasn't very hungry... • Meal 1: back home in my kitchen, we had left over leek, spinach, mushroom frittata from the whole30 cookbook. 1/2 an avocado, handful of blackberries, 1/2 a mango and 3 small beets chopped up. Green tea (in my #Guam mug 🇬🇺) to help stay caffeinated!!! • Meal 2: Back to basics with leftover roasted chicken mixed green salad, walnuts, pink lady apples, and avocado tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette!! Had to have a @dasaniwater to finish it off!!! P.s: I was starving and ate most of it before realizing I needed to take a pic... pardon the leftover picture.... • Meal 3: Dinner was a treat as we watched the @warriors win game 3 in Utah! We seared a perfect London broil steak per the whole30 cookbook and tiny potatoes tossed in Ghee, minced garlic, salt, pepper and chives roasted in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 min, and broiled for 3 min to add crunch. Also threw in a side of @bubbiespickles Sauerkraut from @wholefoods!!!
