LOGAN IS NOT RORY’S CHRISTOPHER
Hi I have had this thought for a long time now and I have to share it. LOGAN ELIAS HUNTZBERGER IS NOT LORELAI LEIGH GILMORE’S CHRISTOPHER HAYDEN AND JESS MARIANO IS NOT HER LUKE DANES. It is indeed the opposite. Jess and Christopher share many similarities that many people overlook.
Jess met Rory and they starting dating while in high school as did Lorelai and Christopher.
Both men would disappear and reappear into the Gilmore Girls lives countless times.
They both were driving forces in why some of the girls other relationships did not work out. (Jess came between both of Rory’s other main relationships with Dean and Logan multiple times and Christopher came between Lorelai’s relationships with Max and Luke).
They both became more established men as they grew older yet still could not offer anything to either Gilmore Girl which ultimately ended both relationships.
Both continued to pine after the Gilmore Girls even after their final break up.
Now for the numerous similarities between Logan and Luke
Logan and Rory started dating after high school when they were older in their adult life as did Lorelai and Luke.
Both men are very supportive to the Gilmore Girls specifically seen in episode 7x13 “I’d rather be in Philadelphia” when they both drop everything to support them in the hospital when Richard suffers from a heart attack.
Even after many ups and downs the couples are always connected to each other and can never seem to let each other go.
The men and women both have disagreements at times with their significant others families.
Luke and Logan both have one sister. (Had to put this one in because why not)
