Seeing the "new" ace flag floating around makes me wanna punch a wall

It excludes SO many people that are included with our current ace flag

If you care about loveless, heartless, aplatonic, afamilial people, people who had the word "love" use against them, in order to manipulate them, who have been left hanging by the current community, who have been pushed out due to not being convenient enough

You would see the problems with this "new" flag

I have so many issues with this "new" flag I am considering learning video editing so I could make a video just listing everything wrong with it

And why we don't fucking need it

Since its been a very dangerous situation im afraid i need to do this post. The user @tvinuyasha0713 is a very hateful anti therian and ace phobic person , as well as paricipating in harmful usage of mental healt terms like psychosis without the full understanding of it.

They're very active on the mlp fandom and the hazbin hotel fandom and i just wanted to let the therian side of Tumblr know so they can block this user! I told them the meaning of theriantropy and alter humans and they insulted the conmunity. I also tried to educate them on modern psychology and they refused to listen (and even used chay gpt to argument)

Do not comission them! Do not support them! Let your therian mutuals know.

Aces can date. Aces can marry. Aces can experience romantic attraction and/or desire a romantic relationship.

If the aces in said-relationship describe themselves as queer platonic…then it’s queer platonic. And queer platonics are different from long-term friendships by nature, too. (Why is this so complicated for people to understand. What partners do/don’t do in a relationship do not define the relationship any more than a lack of children makes a cichet marriage automatically not a marriage.)
