Go, Deuce, our precious baby and the 2 jerks that people assume are your lovers.
Hiiii🦐
I, @hiperonimia , will be ur first request :D
Just aceyuudeuce (platonic or romantic, whateva) being Grims family, like, they take care of him like three tenagers would take care of a baby (or cat) that they just found on the side of the road like Mr Peabody found Sherman (i still love yhat movie even tho i haven't seen it in YEARS)
Hi thanks for the request I'll probably write it more platonic but it's up to interpretation
aceyuudeuce taking care of Grim
Lots of snuggle piles usually initiated by ace (or any of them) just scooping grim up and holding him above their head while they yell "snuggles!"
Ace scoops up Grim causing him to let out a yelp which is immediately ignored by ace lifting him above his head like Grim is the new Simba and loudly declaring snuggles causing deuce and yuu to immediately tackle ace and grim onto the couch (making sure grim gets extra cuddles and kisses for being so adorable)
Yuu and Deuce learnt how to swaddle grim so they could carry him around like a little baby (nearly giving trey and riddle a heart attack thinking these morons somehow acquired a real baby)
Yuu holding a swaddled grim as they approaches trey and riddle while they're having tea careful not to show Grim's face as they loudly say "look what I've got!" causing Riddle and Trey to nearly choke on their tea in panic thinking it's a real baby before sighing really loudly and I mean really loudly in relief when they realize it's just grim (riddle totally yells at Yuu for trying to give him a heart attack)
The trio brought a baby highchair that they keep at ramshackle and take turns using to feed grim (he lost his solo eating privileges after he attempting to swallow an entire roast chicken whole)
Deuce strapping in a particularly fussy grim struggling before eventually getting feed up and yelling at grim to sit down or no tuna to which grim starts dramatically calling for Yuu so he can snitch and say Deuce yelled at him (he absolutely plays up the "I'm just a cute baby" to get payback for Deuce threatening his tuna)
they all have a shared fund for buying baby clothes to squeeze Grim into it ranges from buying Grim fancy suits and occasionally dresses for babies to street wear and those cheesy shirts that are like "my dad would rather be fishing" or "I'm a Mama's boy I only want is mama"
Grim groans loudly as he's put into a baby dress big pink ruffles with a Disney princess on it and all while Ace, Yuu and Deuce coo and giggle while taking pictures and calling Grim their "pretty little princess" (he was not amused)
I couldn't decide between doing more of a list of headcanons or an actual story so I kind of did both I hope you enjoy
Happy Late Valentines Day
Decided to lazily colour and AceDeuceYuu piece I started ages ago. based off the three-way tango from Take the Lead which I traced a screenshot of.
The context of the scene is an inter school dance competition and Ace, Deuce and Yukari work together to give RSA a good run for their money.
The background is a stock image I found here
Trein's Valentine (platonic)
(if you guys want a romantic one just tell me)
Valentine’s Day at Night Raven College was usually a chaotic affair. Love letters filled the halls, enchanted chocolates caused questionable magical mishaps, and the students—particularly those in Pomefiore—took romance far too seriously.
Y/N, the Prefect of Ramshackle Dorm, had expected to spend the day dodging enchanted gifts and maybe treating themselves to some quiet time. But instead, they found themselves personally invited—no, insisted—to spend the evening at Professor Trein’s home.
"You spend far too much time around those unruly students," Trein had said with his usual stern expression, his cat Lucius perched on his shoulder. "It’s about time you had a proper meal in a civilized home. My daughters would be delighted to meet you."
Y/N hadn’t known how to respond at first. It wasn’t often Trein extended invitations like this—he was strict, intimidating to most students, and deeply committed to his role as a professor. But over time, Y/N had noticed something else beneath the rigid posture and sharp words.
Mozus Trein cared—deeply. And despite his grumbles, he had been one of the few adults in their life at NRC who looked after them as more than just a student.
So, with Lucius watching them like a judgmental guardian, Y/N accepted.
Trein’s house was nothing like the eerie, crumbling halls of Ramshackle Dorm. It was warm, filled with the scent of aged books and freshly brewed tea.
And before Y/N even had a chance to knock, the door swung open, revealing two young women with clear familial resemblance to their professor.
Anna and Dolly Trein.
"You must be Y/N!" Anna beamed, pulling them inside before they could get a word in. "Father has told us so much about you!"
"Finally," Dolly sighed, crossing her arms. "I was starting to think he made you up."
Y/N blinked. "Wait—he talks about me?"
Anna laughed. "Oh, constantly!"
Trein, who had just entered the room, cleared his throat with a disapproving glare. "I hardly see how that is relevant."
But Y/N caught the subtle softness in his tone.
Dinner was a comfortable affair—filled with laughter, teasing remarks from Anna and Dolly, and even Lucius begrudgingly curling up beside Y/N.
As the evening wound down, Trein finally spoke, his voice quieter than usual. "You’ve done well for yourself at Night Raven College, Y/N." He adjusted his glasses, studying them with something close to pride. "It is not easy to thrive in a place like that… but you have."
Y/N swallowed, warmth spreading through their chest.
"Thank you, Professor."
Trein huffed. "At least for tonight, you may call me Mozus."
Anna and Dolly gasped dramatically. "Father, are you going soft?"
Trein scowled. "Hush, you two."
Y/N only laughed, feeling—for the first time in a long while—what it was like to have family.
And maybe, just maybe, this was the best Valentine’s Day they’d ever had.
The evening had settled into a cozy calm, the warmth of Trein’s home wrapping around Y/N like a soft blanket. Anna and Dolly had retired to the sitting room, leaving Y/N alone in the dining area with Mozus Trein. Lucius was curled up on the table, his tail flicking lazily as if he were judging the situation unfolding before him.
Trein cleared his throat, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose before carefully setting a thick envelope in front of Y/N.
"Now then," he began, his tone uncharacteristically hesitant. "I do not believe in frivolous sentimentality… but I do believe in responsibility."
Y/N raised an eyebrow, glancing between him and the envelope. "Uh… okay?"
Trein sighed, already looking like he was regretting his approach. "What I mean to say is, given the utter lack of proper adult supervision in your life—"
"Ouch," Y/N muttered.
"—it would be highly irresponsible of me to simply stand by when it is clear you are in need of guidance."
Y/N opened the envelope and felt their breath hitch. Adoption papers.
They looked up at Trein, eyes wide. "Is this…?"
Trein’s expression remained unreadable, though there was a slight stiffness in his posture. "I am not a man of half-measures, Y/N. If you truly see me as a father figure, then it is only logical that we make it official."
Lucius let out a deep purr, as if in agreement.
Y/N swallowed thickly, their vision blurring slightly. "You really want to… adopt me?"
Trein huffed, crossing his arms. "Don’t be ridiculous. If I didn’t want to, I wouldn’t be going through this bureaucratic nightmare." He sighed, softer this time. "You are a remarkable individual, Y/N, and any parent would be proud to call you their child. If you will allow it, I would like to be that parent."
Y/N barely let him finish before grabbing a pen and scribbling their signature at the bottom of the documents.
Trein blinked. "You—?"
"You don’t have to convince me, Tre—Dad," Y/N corrected, a grin spreading across their face. "I’d love that."
A long pause stretched between them before Trein exhaled, the ghost of a smile appearing at the corner of his lips. "Well then," he muttered, shaking his head as if exasperated. "I suppose I shall have to adjust to this new reality."
Anna and Dolly, who had been eavesdropping from the next room, burst in with cheers. "FINALLY!" Anna laughed. "Welcome to the family, sibling!"
Dolly smirked. "You’re stuck with us now."
Lucius let out a loud meow and pawed at Trein’s sleeve, prompting the professor to sigh. "Yes, yes, Lucius, you’ll always be my first child."
Y/N only laughed, warmth filling their chest.
For the first time in a long time, they truly had a home.
---
Y/N had barely stepped into the Ramshackle lounge before they were tackled—literally—by two overexcited first-years.
"YOU’RE WHAT?!" Ace shrieked, gripping Y/N’s shoulders and shaking them slightly.
"You’re Professor Trein’s kid now?!" Deuce practically yelled, his eyes wider than Y/N had ever seen them.
Y/N groaned, prying Ace’s hands off. "Calm down, it’s not that dramatic—"
"Not that dramatic?!" Ace repeated, looking personally offended. "You—our best friend—just got legally claimed by Professor ‘Strict and Scary’ Trein and you didn’t think to tell us?! What’s next, are you gonna start wearing monocles and lecturing us on the importance of historical magical texts?"
Deuce, however, was frozen in shock, staring at Y/N like his brain was short-circuiting. "Wait. Does that mean we have to call you Y/N Trein now?"
Y/N shrugged. "Technically, yeah."
Ace gasped dramatically, clutching his chest. "I can’t believe this. We’ve lost you. Our fun, rebellious, chaos-loving Prefect… turned into a Trein."
Y/N rolled their eyes. "I didn’t get brainwashed, Ace."
"You say that now," Ace muttered, crossing his arms. "Next thing we know, you’ll be enforcing dress code and giving us lectures about responsibility."
Deuce, who had finally processed the news, suddenly stood at attention. "Wait! If you’re Professor Trein’s kid now… does that mean he’s your dad? Like, officially?!"
Y/N grinned. "Yep."
Ace threw himself onto the couch like he had just been personally victimized. "I can’t believe my best friend is a nepo baby now."
Deuce, meanwhile, suddenly looked panicked. "Wait. That means if we mess around in class, he’s gonna personally tell you about it, huh?"
Y/N smirked. "Oh, absolutely. He literally told me yesterday that you two don’t study enough."
Ace groaned loudly. "Noooo, you’re gonna start snitching on us now?! This is the worst!"
"I’d never snitch," Y/N reassured them, then added with a teasing grin, "but I might start keeping a record of how many times you mess up."
Deuce looked like he was reconsidering all his life choices. Ace groaned into a pillow.
"Our best friend, a Trein," Ace muttered. "What has the world come to?"
Y/N just laughed. They may have been a Trein now, but with these two? Life was still as chaotic as ever.
Flowers for Delivery
“Geuk- *cough* ack- *sputter* too many- bleugh- flowers…” hundreds of bloody petals surround Ace, teary eyes searching for a tissue.
Oh how unfortunate he was, yearning for two people he thinks are better off without him. How unfortunate he is, pining for them, yet never making a move upfront.
Dozens of pinkish-red petals flow out his mouth once more. “Ugh- *cough* Why’d I have to- gueh- wait this long before I… told them- *sputter* I’m an- *wheeze* an idiot..” he uttered, begging for ...
When two become three.

The warm glow of the late afternoon sun filtered through the windows of the Ramshackle Dorm, casting long shadows across the cluttered living room. You, Y/N, were sitting comfortably on the couch, with Deuce seated beside you, his arm casually draped around your shoulders. You both had been dating for a few weeks now, and though things were still new, everything felt natural.
"Hey, Deuce," you said with a soft smile, leaning into him. "Do you want to go to the library later? I need to get some extra studying done."
Deuce, ever the diligent student, nodded enthusiastically. "Sure! We can study together. I’ll bring snacks, too."
As the two of you chatted, the door to the dorm creaked open. Ace Trappola, ever the troublemaker, walked in with his usual grin plastered on his face. But today, there was something off about him. His eyes flickered to the two of you on the couch, and for the briefest moment, you caught a glimpse of something… hurt?
"Ace, you okay?" you asked, noticing his hesitation.
Ace didn’t immediately respond. Instead, he just dropped his bag onto the floor with a frustrated sigh. "I’m fine, just tired," he muttered, but his tone was flat. He avoided meeting your eyes, focusing on the floor.
You glanced at Deuce, who seemed to notice the tension too, but didn't say anything. Ace had always been unpredictable, but lately, his behavior seemed… different. Almost as if something was gnawing at him.
"You sure?" you pressed, standing up and taking a few steps toward him. "You look upset."
"Yeah, well, maybe I am," Ace snapped, his voice sharper than usual. "Maybe I’m just tired of seeing you two being all lovey-dovey all the time."
You froze at his words, your heart sinking. Ace’s jealousy was nothing new—he’d always been a bit dramatic when it came to matters of the heart—but hearing him say it so openly stung. "Ace, what are you talking about?"
Deuce’s face flushed with discomfort, but he stood up, stepping closer to you. "Ace, that’s not fair. You know Y/N and I—"
"No, Deuce," Ace interrupted, throwing his hands up in frustration. "I’m talking about how you two are always together, how you’re always so happy. And here I am, stuck watching it all like some idiot."
You took a step back, understanding suddenly dawning on you. Ace had feelings for both you and Deuce. It made sense now—the way he’d act all carefree and flirtatious, but it never felt genuine. It was his way of hiding the truth, even from himself.
"I didn’t know you felt like this, Ace," you said softly. "I thought we were just friends."
"Yeah, well," Ace muttered, shoving his hands into his pockets, "sometimes friends want more than that, but they never get it."
The room fell silent. Deuce looked at you, his eyes full of confusion and concern. He seemed to understand, but the situation was too complicated. The three of you stood there, the air thick with unspoken words.

Days passed, and things between the three of you remained awkward. Ace kept his distance, acting out in small, passive-aggressive ways. He would crack jokes at your expense, sometimes deliberately trying to make you feel guilty. Deuce, for his part, tried to keep the peace, but even he couldn’t ignore the growing tension.
One evening, after a particularly tense lunch in the cafeteria, you and Deuce found yourselves alone in the hallway. "I don’t like seeing Ace like this," Deuce confessed, his voice low. "He’s always been… well, difficult, but this is different."
"I know," you replied, running a hand through your hair. "I don’t want to hurt him, but I also don’t want to give up what we have."
"Y/N," Deuce said gently, turning to face you, "do you think Ace might… might feel something for both of us?"
The question hung in the air, and you felt your stomach twist. "I think he does. I think he’s been hiding it for a while."
"But he’s not saying anything, and he’s pushing us away," Deuce added. "I don’t know how to fix this."
You sighed, feeling conflicted. The last thing you wanted was to lose either of them, but the situation was tearing you apart. "Maybe… maybe we need to talk to him. All three of us. Honestly. Maybe he’s not the only one who’s been holding something back."
Deuce met your gaze, a flicker of understanding in his eyes. "Yeah… maybe we need to be honest with each other. We’ve always been able to talk, so why not now?"
=─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚.・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :・ 。゚..☆: ───
That evening, the three of you found yourselves sitting in the Ramshackle Dorm, a heavy silence hanging between you. Ace slouched on the couch, staring at his hands, while Deuce sat next to you, his hand resting on your knee in silent support. You took a deep breath.
"Ace," you began, your voice steady despite the turmoil inside, "we know you’re upset, and we’re sorry. But the thing is… we care about you. You’re not just a friend to us, Ace. You never were."
Ace looked up, his eyes widening slightly, though his face was still full of frustration. "What are you saying?"
You glanced at Deuce, who gave you a nod. Then, with a slow breath, you continued. "We’re not just saying this because we feel guilty. We’ve been thinking about it for a while. And I think… I think there’s a way for us all to be together."
"You’re saying…?" Ace trailed off, his voice hesitant, unsure if he wanted to hear the answer.
"We could all be together," Deuce added quietly. "If that’s what we all want."
Ace blinked rapidly, as if processing the words. "You mean… a polyamorous relationship?"
"Yeah," you said softly. "If you’re okay with it. We’re not asking you to just accept it, but we all have feelings for each other. And I think we could make it work, if we’re honest and communicate."
The room was still, the weight of the conversation heavy. Ace’s face softened, and for the first time in what felt like ages, he allowed himself to smile—genuinely. "I always thought it was too much to ask for. I didn’t think… I didn’t think either of you would feel the same way."
You reached out to him, placing your hand on his. "It’s not easy, but we’re in this together, Ace. We want to make it work."
Deuce nodded, his voice warm. "We’re not in a hurry to rush anything. We just want to make sure everyone’s comfortable. But we want this, too."
Ace’s eyes shone with a mixture of relief and emotion, and slowly, he leaned back into the couch, letting out a breath he didn’t know he’d been holding. "I never thought I’d be lucky enough for this… but maybe I was wrong."
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚.・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :・ 。゚..☆: ───
Days turned into weeks, and the dynamic between the three of you evolved. There were bumps along the way—moments of jealousy, uncertainty, and growing pains—but through open communication and a commitment to each other, the three of you slowly built something stronger than before.
You learned that love didn’t always come in simple packages. Sometimes, it was messy, complicated, and difficult. But in the end, it was worth it.
And as you walked alongside Ace and Deuce—your partners, your friends, your equals—you realized that, together, you were unstoppable.
