If I forget my bedtime magnesium supplement for more than a few days I start to get headaches because I grind my teeth in my sleep and the mouthguard only stops the wearing down of bone, not the clenching.

i have a bone mineral (and vitamin a, d, e, and k) deficiency from my cystic fibrosis, but it NEVER occurred to me that the reason i have so many grueling headaches on a daily basis was due to low magnesium. one of my followers sent me a message after i was complaining a few weeks ago about the worst headache of my life, and told me that they use magnesium to help with their migraines.

so i finally decided to buy a big bottle last week and start putting it with my morning medications, and i’m very happy that i did.
