Is your latest fic, (Nights are mainly made for saying things that you can’t say tomorrow day) two parts? I haven’t read the first chapter yet because it says 1/2 and I will absolutely forget the first chapter before the second is released if I read it now 😅 Just wanted to make sure the chapter count was true!

It will be two chapters yes! I have another prompt I received that would fit that setting really well, and so it’ll be part two. That said, I think both chapters should stand alone pretty well!

I was thinking after I wrote that post that this @werelibrarian fic with the haberdashery porn is a similar idea only 500% more purposeful and sophisticated than what I’m thinking of?

YES PLEASE!! I'm always looking for this plot because I wanna know what Sherlock would do if John was sent back. But NO ONE does this trope! It's so underappreciated.

I’ve been dying to see someone tackle this and I haven’t found any. Maybe I’m the only one this sadistic...

John going back post S2 would be a totally different mindset than John going back post S4.

- Post S2 would be heavy on angst. John would be very much single-minded in his work and would always volunteer for dangerous work because what does it matter? His life is over. It would of course come to head with an eventual Sherlock and John being reunited during a firefight or similarly dangerous/tense situation -Post S4 would be a Mycroft mission with lots of communication home “I miss you and Rosie but it’s nice to be reassured that I’m pretty fucking fantastic on my own both as a soldier and doctor.” With Sherlock at home as the army wife husband.

First, I must absolutely rec you The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary, about two strangers sharing a one-bedroom apartment where one of them works at night and sleeps during the day and the other vice versa. Just an absolutely charming romance.

Or for strange cohabitations of disparate personalities but done in a very different way, maybe you’d like T.J. Klune’s The House in the Cerulean Sea, about the inspector visiting a foster home for magical beings (who discovers that he thinks the head of this home is pretty magical himself).

Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert is about a sunshine angel trying to figure her life out, which feels very Jessica Day to me, although the plot itself does not really have a lot of similarities.

I swear theofficialstereklibrary just posted this but I can't find it anymore. I only read the preview/summary and it had Stiles and Derek in some sort of mental institute I believe. Stiles starts being nosy and Derek throws him against a tree and puts his arm over Stiles' throat, cutting off his air. The counselors start running towards them until Derek gets off of Stiles on his own and then Stiles says something about Kate being there. I never got to read the story, I hope you can help!
