Acidic Wit

A crucial ingredient when making Sarcastic Venom, Slytherins are known to sip this from time to time to help with their own wit. However, the real value is watching Gryffindor fools’ faces when they try to drink it like a normal drink, or worse like a shot.

To make it, soak lemongrass in water for several days. After the mixture has soaked, infusing the water with the lemongrass, dilute the concoction. If you want to add a bitter or sour taste to it, dilute with a shot of lime or lemon juice, respectively. Orange juice can give it a sweet taste. Blood orange (that shit your mother fed you that needed sugar just to be palatable) can give a mix of shock and disgust. Other fruits work if you just want it to be palatable, but citrus gives it that acidic kick. Pineapple juice also gives a healthy kick to the mixture.

Warning: Do not chug this. Sip it VERY SLOWLY. If it starts burning your lips, stop drinking it, maybe act like you are, because it’s not palatable yet.
