I need help.Any idea how to decorate my island with flowers???

Have an idea on what kind of topic/core you want the area to be. I typically sketch some ideas out on paper because I am rather a visual person.
Pick out a spectrum of color, warm (red, orange, yellow) or cold (blue, purple, white), that fits the whole topic/core you want to go with!! That will help out with choosing the color of the flowers too.
Once the spectrum of color has been chosen, select the colors of flowers that you want to decorate the area with. I typically use one or two colors for the flowers itself, with two or three types of flowers.
(I typically do this and it works out well) Utilize hedges and bushes like a boarder decoration, and choose what kind of color you want the bushes' flower to be as well. Either the same color as the flowers themselves, or something that goes well with the color.
(I also typically do this) Use the DIY fences that matches the topic/core, and place them in between the bushes/hedges for more color.
If you'd like, make/buy items for decoration that also fits the spectrum of color. Or contrast colors.
Go through some trial and error, and tweak bits and pieces until you are satisfied with your own work.
DO NOT STRESS OVER BY THIS.
