Happy to slap on my Fitbit Blaze and get the week started right.
What are everyone’s goals this week?
Today was week 3/ day 2 I’m starting to see some definition in my stomach and that makes me happy. My upper abs and shoulders are currently sore but that too also makes na happy. The second picture I’m talking about my plant based preworkout I’m always back and forth between flavors 😂
Can you still achieve your goals without a gym? YES.
I don’t know where that thought process came from where you can only be successful if you go to one.
If you think you can’t get results from home it’s simply because you already told yourself you can’t.
Your mind believes what you feed it.
Feed it love, feed it positivity.
Go out there and and become the best you, you desire. Push those excuses away

I started my weight loss journey today. It's already been a little bumpy. I wasn't able to follow my meal plan for the first half of the day because I couldn't buy groceries until this afternoon, this threw me off to begin with. I ate a couple things I shouldn't have but I feel like I didn't stray like I usually do. I've been doing well with my water intake and have had 6 of the 8 glasses I've been aiming for to start with this week. I decided to start out with one soda drink a day for the first week and slowly cut off from there because the caffeine headaches I get from going cold turkey cause me to do things with my diet that I don't want to. Today I got half of my workout done, I missed one, but I'm going to aim ro make it up this week. I had a lot less time today than planned so I could only fit 30 mins in instead of 60. Overall I feel today went well but I am going to work harder to make tomorrow even better! Kickback and Cleanse!
Official my “mini” vacation has come to it’s end and I haven been in the process of a very needed cleanse.
Here’s what’s been up in my life altering cleanse! (Haha maybe not life altering but definitely body altering)
Water it up! 2Lt everyday
Cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes
Eat at home
Have green veggies with lunch and dinner
Fruits
Lean proteins
Soft & easy to digest foods for breakfast (Smoothies, yogurt etc)
No food from a cardboard box
1 cup water + 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar = once a day
No alcohol and sodas
It’s the little things that help a lot and cleaning up eating patterns can be one of the hardest thing.
