I’ve had this blog for almost 2 years now 

And todays the day i finally got my adhd diagnosis (with comorbid ASD in there, fun). I don’t rlly know what to say.

Maybe just that even with out a proper diagnosis we should still accept ppl into adhd communities, because they could simply be a person without a proper diagnosis yet. 

And that some ppl have real reasons stopping them from getting diagnosis. That doesn’t invalidate their struggles and we shouldn’t gate keep them from the community or resources just because they cant access a diagnosis!

And even if they’re neurotypical,

it doesnt make sense to gate keep organisational resources from them as theyre still a person that needs support and dont know how to.
