haha so funny (/s) how my disability is seen as a fucking joke or a insult to throw at people you hate, that my existence is nothing but a tale of caution to be looked at with pity and disgust, that i am just an extension of my birthmother's decisions and not someone who's condition should be talked about with respect-

i don't know how to end this post I'm just mad, support disabled people, even the ones with "controversial" conditions, or die by my arcane wizard blast or some shit like that.

Introduction

Yes, I deleted my old introduction post (again) because I didn't feel it fit anymore, even though nothing on there was wrong, I think it was a bit shallow. Anyhow, let's get into the introduction, my name is fuchsadler (or at least that's what I go by online), I'm neurodivergent and disabled (neurodivergencies are disabilities but not all my disabilities are neurodivergencies, so that's why they're listed seperately), and genderfluid, I prefer it/its pronouns being used for me in third-person but ultimately I'm usually fine with any pronouns for myself. I have a shitload of hobbies, including, but not limited to creating and consuming stories (usually in the form of books, TV series, and fanfiction), speedcubing (even though I'm slow xD), and learning languages. On the topic of languages (let me pretend I didn't just add a bunch of tags before writing this sentence, so it seems seemless), I speak German (L1), English (L2, quite fluently), Italian (L2, to some conversational-ish level), somewhat understand Dutch (that's what happens if you always sit by in the family-gathering things but outside of that the family only speaks German with you), and know some Hindi and Indonesian, though the latter two I wouldn't claim to speak or understand yet. If I really like a media I will be obsessed with it for at least a month, sometimes to the level of not being able to think about anything else or (the better version of that) finding ways to connect anything and everything to that media in some capacity.

Neurodivergent Mess

I am a neurodivergent mess. And I like identifying that way. I've been confirmed to be autistic. And that I have FASD has also kinda been confirmed, although I don't have an official diagnosis. But like I identify with ADHD very strongly as well. And although I'll never know whether I actually have all three of these things, I'll say I do. And that's why I like identifying, being a neurodivergent mess. Because if I say "I'm a neurodivergent mess" nobody can say no. Because that's what I am, a neurodivergent mess.

Vent

I read a post earlier about how FASD is often misdiagnosed as autism and whilst I don't deny that, the post framed it like it was impossible to have both and at times even gave me 'autism isn't a real thing' vibes, though I don't think that was the post(er)'s intention. I'm autistic and have FASD, I exist.

Neurodivergent Interconnections

So, I'm neurodivergent in multiple ways, at least two. And I read a little bit about things and as I said in my post about uncertainty, I can't tell which of my neurodivergences causes what. And probably it's all of them to some degree. Whatever, I wanted to talk about overwritten information. I've found out that that's actually a FASD thing, I had previously put down to my autism. It explains pretty well, why I have to solve a problem from the beginning again if I'm interrupted. Because my brain does not "save" the interim result I had before the interruption. And as said probably it's an interconnection of autism and FASD there.
