I need advice
Reminder to my peeps with a less severe case of a BFRB (dermatillomania, trichotillomania, etc.) that you're still valid. I see a lot of posts like, "Derma isn't just light picking it's _____" and I want you to remember that everything is a spectrum. I love you guys, take care of yourselves <3
#tfw you are having a REALLY good and productive week and out of the blue your dermatillomania slaps you * !! * IN * !! * THE * !! * FACE * !! * and you no more have a good and productive week. All of those lost hours. Can anybody relate?

Derma + high stress levels + a new piercing is a really bad combination but it's fine everythings fine I'm coping
