Petition for Adam Driver to do more podcast interviews, I feel like he’s far more relaxed in this medium and instead of the dumb press junket ones that he hates just have him do more prodcast long form interviews.

It’s honestly so relaxing to just listen to him talk about stuff 😌

Interviewer: "Were you sad to say goodbye to Kylo Ren?"

Woman in crowd yells: "BEN SOOLLOOO!!"

Driver, laughs: "Yeah, yeah...I shot that last scene and had to go run and catch a plane, and realized I was making a face...and the stewardess comes by and said, 'are you okay?'...and I wasn't crying, but I might as well have just been sobbing, and no one - I didn't know it - (that was a bad joke) - ...I hadn't processed...I still feel like we're going to go back and do another one, but we're not."

(The Star Wars question comes at about the 40:00 mark, but the whole interview is nice).

And at the end of the clip, in thanking the film festival for the award, he says,

"I think movies and film - art - can lead people out of the dark."

Help needed! Can anyone send me the link to that interview Adam Driver did where he talked about how Kylo Ren is coded as a young male extremist who was manipulated by Snoke? I'm pretty sure it was an interview for promoting tros. I can't remember if I read it, saw a gif, or watched a video of it.

Driver has a certainty to him, a steel core, that's a little intimidating, despite his obvious affability and big, near-constant laugh. It's not unlike talking to Harrison Ford, who played his dad.
