Attributes / Powers: • Metal stubs on the back of his hands. • Pointed ears. • Royal Shi'ar markings. • Blood burning. • Adam could send out an electric surge through oxygenated blood which leads to igniting the present electrolytes in the blood, burning the person from inside out. • When using his power, his eyes glow with a reddish light. • The intensity of his burn is variable. Could be a mere warming sensation to incinerating a person in seconds. • Can affect multiple targets, the intensity enough to stun. • Self-burning in short bursts to enhance his speed. • Superhuman agility, reflexes, strength, and speed. • Telescopic vision. • Regeneration. • Family power immunity (only Cyclops and Havok).

Equipment: • Various blades to use to injure his opponents, trying to cause bleeding then using the oxygenated in their blood.

Weaknesses: • To use his blood burning power, he must first saturate his opponents blood with oxygen. • Using his powers on multiple targets takes a tremendous effort, leaving him in a weakened state. • The self-burning causes him to be in great pain. • Though he has Royal Shi'ar markings, he doesn't have feathers like other Shi'ar royalty. • Not immune to Vulcan's power.

Relatives: D'Ken Neramani (genetic father - deceased), Kathrine Summers (genetic mother - deceased), Deathbird (aunt), Lilandra Neramani (aunt), Cyclops (half-brother), Havok (half-brother), Vulcan (half-brother), Jonath (apotive father - deceased).

My Name Is...Adam

Do you have any art of Adam x ? And do you think marvel could have done more with him? Personally I would like to them do more especially with the idea of his other siblings like what eve could have been like? I say that bc I've seen like to or 3 panels where its been implied that he had other siblings and there names might have been eve, cain, Abel and Seth. And I thinknit would have been pretty cool to see a summers sister and what her powers would have been like. My own headcanon if she existed is her name have would been something like eva 01 like she has similar powers to Adam but instead of burning , she freezes blood or something like that.

Yeah I have a little doodle of him, but I can't draw much anymore so it's about the only time I've drawn him before.

I think if Marvel let Fabian Nicieza do whatever he wanted, a lot more could have been done. The idea of a Summers sibling that didn't have an energy-based power and wasn't, y'know, off the walls like Vulcan nor has an inferiority complex like Havok, could be cool. But frankly I like Adam when he's least associated with the Summers family anyways. He has a very fun dynamic between Shatterstar and Genis-Vell. I like him teasing the other Marvel aliens just to be an annoying pest, it's funny. Since we last saw him in the Mojoverse, I'd definitely be interested in him hanging around Shatterstar in future books. Him sitting in comics limbo because all the Summers allowed their memories of being related to him is a little boring. I'd be interested in him being used outside the X comics because of this fact, maybe he joins a team and acts as a simple half-Shi'ar alien, nothing more until the truth comes out. Hell you could even stick him in an X-Force book to which Shatterstar learns this and gets very sour about it lol.

I have very little want of seeing him have more siblings just because I think adding any more to the Summers family tree sounds exhausting. I'm not a big fan of the 'secret scientific experiment' trope in general either, I give Adam a pass because it's really glossed over for him.

Who is....Adam Neramani | Adam-X? - A Reading Guide

Adam Neramani is a mutant from Marvel comics first introduced in 1993. Adam is the most recently confirmed secret Summers brother and was genetically engineered from the DNA of Katherine Summers and Emperor D'Ken of the Shi'ar Empire. Adam was raised by a former member of the King's Guard, Jonath, who trained him in fighting and farming on the outback planet of Ch'reesharaa. When his powers came in, Adam was informed that he was a hybrid and that in order to learn more about his powers and himself he would have to travel to Earth one day, following an attack on his planet and the death of his adoptive father, Adam did just that.

He is possibly the most 90s comic book character to have ever been created, and I love him very much. Please enjoy.
