I’ve been reminded of MadWife recently, I don’t even remember what brought it up, but it’s another OTP which became real through the sheer willpower of the fandom and an ocean of chemistry between both the actors and the characters.

I stopped watching completely when Pablo didn’t come back for S3, because I was 100% sure that they’ll let the story just die out and send Laura in a different direction. And I know that there’s Doyle (and I love Ivan Rheon), but even from the trailer it’s just absolutely not the same.

So, many years later I’m reminded of MadWife. Go hunting for fanfiction (there’s quite a bit more than when the series was coming out, but still not enough to sate my hunger). Decided to check what happened to Laura in S3. Imagine my surprise when I find out that in S3 she actually

1. Hopes to see Sweeney in afterlife (if I understood correctly from bits and pieces)

2. Is brought back to life by his blood (not actually a surprise, but it’s quite satisfying to get the clear proof instead of hoping and speculating)

3. Acknowledges he loved her

4. ACKNOWLEDGES SHE LOVES HIM (I wanted to use something different because as far as I understand it wasn’t stated directly, but my truth is that she does without saying it, for fucks sake she carried around his ashes, she gave up her fucking coin, she cried when she said goodbye to him and it’s the most emotion I’ve seen out of her outside of anger and fury). So she does. Love him, it is.

5. I’m going to kill Wednesday because he fucked up my life. And killed Sweeney. She didn’t have to add it, the first part is reason enough, but she did it anyway.

And yeah, it’s not a HE, but even so many years later I went to watch Laura’s scenes in S3 specifically and I cried, and I felt my heart hurting, both in a very good and a very bad way.

It’s like Grimm all over again: I watched for the fun plot and Adanick, but when the show went complete off the rails by the middle of S4 I stopped watching. Then 4 or 5 years later I hear that Adanick ended up together when there was NO chance for that, absolutely 0. Turns out if I watched 4-5 episodes more 5 years ago, I would have seen how they started.

Shock. Complete and utter shock.

She´s being very bad with Nick Burkhardt, he lives in her little house so  happy as Hansel & Gretel were with the Bad Witch!! Why the Grimm is risking his life?? i´m speechless.

Oh shit, even with the only Adalind´s bra, Nick has more chemistry than with all his scenes with Juliette while 4 years ......incredible. But he´s Nick Burkhardt, the Grimm, he never will get horny with nobody, just with his true love Juliette, for his whole life .....the temptation never will rub him even...XD

Watching their story unfold gives me the feels. ALL THE FEELS. BUT WAIT DIANA WHY AREN’T THEY NUMBER ONE??? OH… Because….

1. THE DARK ONES 

I KNOW I KNOW. I don’t want them to stay dark. I’m just saying I am LOVING THE CRAP out of this story line. I’m also so anxious I’m going to vomit. But look at Dark Hook? He sexy as hell. Ok. I’ll be sending out my ask next!

Really is impossible write a relationship for Nick Burkhardt with Adalind Schade, better that the GrimmWriters are making that. 

Nick has lost to his mother, who died killed by Juliette and the Royals, right. And Juliette was the love of his life, right. 

But what  What is supposed to Nick should? Kill himself, like Romeo by love, by the woman who killed his mother, for much he loves her yet, maybe. 

He miss Juliette and that´s normal. But come on! Stop with such HIPOCRESY ASKING NICK´S CRYING BY ALL THE CORNERS BY JULIETTE, . Nick is trying to rebuild what is left of life to him, with the only people who he cares right now: of course his friends, his son Kelly and Adalind. She is changing, she has done bad things, that´s true, but since the Season 4, she tried find a cure to Juliette, yes Adalind tried to help to Nick for recover THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE, Juliette. 

But she refused that help and now is dead. And leting aside all those facts, i´m watching to Nick falling in love again. Maybe for some people is a madness so soon, but the attraction does not understand of death, of mourning, of hypocresy, just appears and it´s done. 

The natural chemistry & Attraction of Nick by Adalind is not new. 

Their chemistry can not to be ignored forever. Why should? Just because Juliette was the love of his life. Maybe. 

Maybe not. Nick is very young, how we do know that he never will love as he did? To Adalind or to another woman. That Juliette will come back? And what? he was gonna to recover his old house, leave his son, pretended that he does not have a new life, and forget that he killed his mother? that are the hopes of those who claims that Juliette is alive? 

I think he´s not alive. wel ln fact i´m sure. But anyway, when you suffer a tragedy, like Nick suffered missing Juliette and his mother, and you have next to you a little person like Kelly who needs you and a baby mum so cute and hypnotized as Adalind Schade is. oh man, you will give them a chance. Thanks to GrimmWriters for Give us. Nickllind!!! This ship bit a bit is sailing, the attraction is there, the love very soon. i´m  PRETTY SURE. I have TRUST IN YOU.
