yes!

in their first spring, so around when feather turns one, they have a...courtship?

for numerous reasons, it's very hard to call it anything like a courtship, but it does have all the pieces. (except for the kin thing. stonefur doesn't have any kin left in the clan, and while feather does have kin left...it's complicated. so that kind of is thrown out the window.)

but stonefur weaves her a garland and it's a very. it sure is a thing! it means a lot to feather, for several reasons (the state of "being stonefur's mate" is...supposed to be protective, and at this point she loves him), but it's also...well.

it's a lot.

Spottedleaf's nice! I like Spottedleaf... when the narrative is not being weird about her and Firestar. Like, look, I get the kid having a crush and getting way over his head and saying shit like "Goodbye my sweet Spottedleaf" but everything after that just goes way too weird. Other than that, I like what you do with her. c:

Hawkflower was originally going to be named Hawkstripe but it felt too close to Bright’s moms name to be comfy so I changed it literally last minute. I have unused drafts calling him Hawkstripe.

I have “special additions” planned for Ravenwind, Willowthorn, and possibly Smithy and Scrap.

Briarspots has been in love with Smokestripe since they were apprentices.

Addershine and Leafleg were good friends as apprentices, but Leafleg’s treatment of Grayfeather caused a huge rift between the two.

Willowthorn has met Smithy

stonefur calls her feather a lot more than normal. stems from two things: she was an apprentice for way longer than is fair, and at some point it feels strange to be calling a 15mo cat -paw (praying i counted that right lmao), and they were already close enough for that; and once tigerstar does name her...stonefur doesn't like using it.

but there's no like...by the time it wouldn't feel very :grimace: for him to pick up a pet name, it's like, it'd be weird to just throw one in now? so he doesn't ever end up using one.

as for feather, she...well, there's no real reason for her NOT to use a pet name for him, other than (a) i haven't felt one that feels fitting, and (b) again with the timing.

so yeah, not really big on pet names.

feather uses a bunch of pet names for their kittens tho. she picked it up from mistyfoot.

2. We all like comedy! (And have Fairly similar taste in that regard) We all like SNL especially and while we all have different shows we lean towards, Bob’s burgers &c r big hits. Can’t go wrong by putting on a funny show abt people going abt their lives.
