I saw your parent art of characters, that made me wonder.

If Kaeya had a baby, would he brag about it? Like to Diluc, or his colleagues?

I honestly having a hard time seeing him to have a family, since the 'burden' of his tribe is in his hands, so he doesn't want to 'pass it down'. I feel like he has certain pride to be an Alberich,but also a heavy weight in that name.

That aside, he does not announce anything. Everything is private, pregnancy, birth, and even his maternity leave only few knows. Ofcourse Jean is an exception, he needs a valid reason why he is gone for a while. Diluc and Adelinde always be the first to know, even then, they know it few weeks later.

I see Kaeya as an overprotective or just anxious dad and HE IS GOOD at hiding it. If you want to keep it private, he agrees whole-heartedly. But if you want to announce, i can see him talking to you to do it few weeks later. In front of you, he is all diligent, wash baby clothes, prepare milk, he LOVES feeding time.

Yet at night, when your baby in their crib and you passed out under the cover. The blue haired man will caress the dark circle under your eyes, his lips smiling, yet his body tense. This small family of his, the small family of Alberich, oh how much weight does that name has. It rolls beautifully behind your name and in your baby's name, yet, it feels like a thorn.

No matter, what he cares is his own little kingdom, right here, right now. Safe under the blanket of the moonlight
