I headcanon sakura with ADHD and rsd. Also her and naruto copy each others stims
Kakashi has containment protocols for them because sometimes they get caught in feedback loops copying each other’s stims and stop registering just about anything around them. Yamato is not warned about this and has the misfortune of not figuring out what’s up until WELL after they’ve already caught not only each other but also SAI into an engaging round of clacking teeth at eachother with increasingly strange facial expressions
