ADHD Survival tip #31
Accountability will be your friend. Make sure that you are accountable to yourself and only yourself. If you hold yourself accountable then you can begin to trust and rely on yourself and trusting yourself can be very difficult with ADHD. It’s hard at first but it gets easier. You got this.
Evidence that we can achieve academically!
Hi guys,
Those of you who have followed me for awhile know that I’ve been at University this whole time doing a double degree. Which has been HARD! As of this year I have one more topic to go to finish off one of my degrees and I will be graduating beginning/middle (depending on when they hold the ceremony)of next year!!!
Uni is not for everyone but, never let ANYONE tell you, you can’t do something because of your neurodiversity!
Just because I’m functional doesn’t mean I’m okay!
