Our Kundalini "tune in" mantra, but we chant a variation and 3-5 times per breath (3 per breath here)...Ong Namo, Guroo Dayv Namo, Guroo Dayv Namo, Guroo Dayva Mudra ... Index finger and thumb touching forming Gyan mudra, hands in front of the heart touching along the sides and little fingers... palms facing up as if to receive. Eyes focus on the tip of the nose Can be done for 11 minutes, but even a minute will shift your energy! When we feel we're a small drop separated from the ocean, chanting Ong Namo is said to connect us back to the endless ocean.
