❤️ Here's a great meditation to connect you back to Source, you know, for those times you wander off on this wild human ride! 😘 The mantra is Adi Mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dayv Namo. Our Kundalini "tune in" mantra, but we chant a variation and 3-5 times per breath (3 per breath here)...Ong Namo, Guroo Dayv Namo, Guroo Dayv Namo, Guroo Dayva Mudra ... Index finger and thumb touching forming Gyan mudra, hands in front of the heart touching along the sides and little fingers... palms facing up as if to receive. Eyes focus on the tip of the nose Can be done for 11 minutes, but even a minute will shift your energy! When we feel we're a small drop separated from the ocean, chanting Ong Namo is said to connect us back to the endless ocean. ❤️ Namaste ❤️ Well, Gaia has blessed us with another of my favorite kind of days ... actually, a lot of them here in South Florida this rainy weekend 😍 It's perfect for prepping tomorrow's Kundalini yoga Meditation. The meditation I'll be teaching uses the mantra, Hummee Hum Brahm Hum. It literally refers to us as the spirit of creation ✨ It is said this mantra clears out the mud of our confusions and limitations so the current of our spirit can soar like an eagle. Um, yes please 🤗 Enjoy the sound current and do try to chant along, it's an easy mantra to learn. To really feel the vibration move through your body, feel it in the heart, throat, cheeks, and lips!
