Guys, I’m admitting it..
I used to always know what to paint. Then I started spending time around all these men who painted, who had bigger names than me, who were known by somebody as someone. I think I let it steal my shine for no good reason. People liked my art. Someone I care for very deeply called my painting elementary and reduced it to being a great background for a more elaborate piece of art and I think it fucked me up more than I wanted to ever admit.
