Story: Sweetpea escaped Casa De Dutch, the infamous Chihuahua brothel run by the notorious Dutch The Bone Cold Digga, back in 2002. He has been hiding out in NYC's Chinatown selling ginger and living in a slummy tenement ever since. He often spends his night gazing at the Manhattan bridge from his rooftop wishing life were different.
