A man who is aging BACKWARDS!
Bryan Johnson, a 46-year-old tech millionaire, has become a prominent figure on social media due to his dedication to counterattacking the aging process through a personal project known as 'Blueprint.' He says that this is an "algorithm" aimed at preserving and optimizing his physical well-being. Bryan Johnson rigorously follows a comprehensive discipline that includes consuming over 100 supplements each day, undergoing regular medical assessments, maintaining a strict diet that concludes by 11 a.m., and adhering to an early bedtime. Among his unconventional therapies are blood-plasma donations from his son and shockwave therapy to renew his health.

My poster took on a few different forms before I settled on the idea of an hourglass flowing upward to symbolize the reverse aging central to this episode.
