I know, I'm a day late (SORRY!) but I had to throw this together to celebrate one of the best movies/books/plays EVER!!

The first time I saw this (double VHS!) was when my mom brought it home from the Branford High School's library and I would ask her to borrow it... a lot.

Whenever I think of Auntie Mame, I always think of my Grandma T. I remember watching this and the movie musical (don't judge me!) with her. She gave me her copy of the Broadway cast recording and I still have it!

I LOVE all my friends that can quote this with me and understand why this woman is an icon in so many peoples' eyes (and can we talk about the FASHIONS!??).

Okay, everyone... be sure to hug your favorite Aunt a little tighter next time you see her and don't forget to "LIVE! LIVE! LIVE!”
