Tera and Kiara, while doing whatever they are, hear a scream.

"Girls?!" calls out a very strained voice.

In the living room, Spectre clutches her head, the entire room's ceiling quickly covering in smoke. Searing pain runs through her, mind and body, her breathing losing any semblance of balance. There appears to be less smoke than previous. Perhaps it's just from the smoke only now starting, or perhaps it's something else.

Both of their eyelights go hollow, and Tera sprints over to the couch, Kiara following quickly behind in her wheelchair.

Kiara comes in close first “Spectre. Is it time?”

We’re Close!

The update is just around the corner! I’m nearly finished with my word count and about to send it to my beta reader, but I’m super distracted today 😵‍💫

I interviewed for a pretty big job yesterday and now it’s all I can think about. It’s one of those moments where if I manage this then things will be changing for the better and I can definitely can use the break. 😅

I’ll try to get refocused, but it does look like the update will be dropping in the very beginning of August rather than the end of July, sorry and thanks for your patience!

I would say Six Hundred Strike is probably the song least talked about out of the ones that remain- which like- I get that we have very little on this song, just a small clip- but at the same time, it’s the closer to the Saga so it’s likely going to be so big. Also!! 600. As in, Six hundred men?? (Odds are we will hear the the crews voices again- vengeance for their deaths- or something epic like that…) (Also the way Odysseus is gonna yell about getting back to his son and wife-)
