That is why many Truth Seekers seek spiritual experience during their journey. In reality, however, the tranquil inner Ego and unity and Ego are incompatible with each other. When one is present, the other cannot exist. The ego-dominated mind is able to create some inner peace and tranquillity, a dead void, and with the effort of willpower it is possible to sustain it for a while. But it is not the silence of the throbbing silent inner life, peace and tranquillity saturated with the joy of Existence. Just a simple image of that kind of peace, created and treated it to be implemented by the mind. They are only capable of recognizing the tranquillity of union, already present in human beings (for this is their true Being), if we are able to renounce the expectations, desires, hopes, etc., of our mind dominated by the Ego. Deleting Mental Games: Consciousness is an indispensable condition for us to recognize the Ego and to awaken in our journey. Otherwise, it is not possible to observe ourselves.
