Here's a stupid idea for a writing prompt. Female Naruto returning from her training trip and she sees grown up male sakura (basically beginning of shippuden with a gender bend twist ;) )

Reunion - NaruSaku genderbender AU

Small drabble of male!Sakura meeting fem!Naruto again after two and a half years.

“Naruko? Is that you?” a masculine yet familiar voice called out, catching the blonde jinchuuriki’s attention. She turned her head and looked down from the tall, metal pole she was standing on to get a good look at the village she had missed for so long. She didn’t expect to see Sakumo Haruno along with Konohamura and the gang, staring up at him with large smiles on their faces.

“Sakumo!” Naruko exclaimed gleefully, jumping down from her perch and running towards her former teammate. “Long time no see! How’ve you been?”

Widening his smile, he planted his hands on his hips and scanned her up and down, a bit impressed at how quickly she had grown up in the two and a half years she’d been away with Master Jiraiya. “Gosh, you’ve changed. It’s felt like forever since I last saw you, and here you are, having probably gotten a lot stronger. How about me? Do I look any manlier than I did before?” Sakumo asked with a lop-sided grin, pushing some of his bangs back toward his ear.

Naruko blushed and let out a nervous giggle, glancing off to the side while idly scratching her cheek. “Um, no.. You haven’t changed a bit.”

“EH?!”

Ah, that Naruko. Will she ever be truly honest with her feelings? Jiraiya mentally sighed off a few feet away from the pair, shaking her head with a wistful smile.

Don't worry, we weren't thinking about having one so soon! We were hoping to get an idea of how many people would be interested/eager to participate in one. If it goes forward, then we'll set it within a reasonable time and give enough notice for even busy users to be able to contribute! 🗓

I’m sorry you had to go through this :( don’t mind them your fic is really good

The suicide threat was genuinely upsetting. The other two are just so comically stupid I can’t even describe it. But they weren’t upsetting, just annoying. And they fed my desire to finish the fic.
