random take (unsure if this is a hot take or not .. probably isn’t even something people think about) but i think the phantom thief who cares about akechi the second most, after joker (he’s the only one who actually knows akechi, so he’s obviously first), is yusuke. he is shown repeatedly to worry about him, is the most visibly distraught after akechi is revealed to be For Real Dead post maruki bossfight in royal, and is the first and only one to bring up akechi to shido’s face in his palace. i think it’s an interesting detail
