I based this outfit somewhat around the female Mime from Tactics. Would've liked to be able to dye the chest piece orange, but that's dungeon drops for you!

Also, did you know that Gaius's JP VA is the legendary Akio Otsuka? Among his massive list of prolific roles such as Solid Snake, Anavel Gato, Xehanort, etc. is Koichi Adachi from the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series who belts out arguably the best version of the karaoke song Machine Gun Kiss!
