I imagine that Akrahan would have studied the constellations over the years, not for the purpose of navigation, but for the folklore behind them. He would be able to regale the stories of the deities in the skies, but wouldn't know that the North star was supposed to point north.

Tyranny (//More of a future prediction than a headcanon but w/e)

If the group make it out of Avernus and Remos survives, I can imagine that Akrahan would try to stay in contact, perhaps forming a trade route between the planes if such a thing were possible. Whether this could be for Akmo's sake or for personal gain I couldn't say, but connections seem important to the sorcerer, and Remos has been a valuable ally to the Fatebreakers thus far...
