Some MAG 5: Thrown Away doodles! Can't decide what to do for a digital piece for this episode

“My hand closed instead around cold metal, and I drew out a fist-sized lump of… I think it must have been copper or bronze, and had been roughly carved into the shape of a heart, but like a real heart, not like a Valentine’s one. It was cold to the touch, like it had just come out of a freezer, and it almost stuck to my skin. Engraved on the side was the name “Alan Parfitt”, the letters carved in with machine-like precision. That was the last sign of Alan I ever found. As far as I’m aware he’s never been seen since.“

Episode 5 will always be the funniest episode for me in the most “what the fuck” way bc there was at least one or more entity-aligned beings leaving bags of the most random shit imaginable at the same exact house. Like, if it was only one entity doing this, then it sorta makes sense having a singular place to get rid of things. But, given how there were likely more entities involved in the goods dumping, it is hilarious that they all chose the exact same house to dump their nonsense at. Like those dumpings were extremely well coordinated. Was there a schedule made so their dumping dates wouldn’t clash? Was there a time when two different entity-aligned beings showed up to throw stuff away, only to find the other there? Imagine Nikola Orsinov trying to dump some doll heads and meeting Jude Perry with the singed Lord’s Prayers and being like “gdi perry, it’s the Stranger’s turn to dump, the Desolation’s isn’t until next month.” They stopped the dumpings because one them ate that Alan Parfitt guy during another entity’s time slot.

Alan Parfitt have probably been taken by the entity of the episode. It wouldn’t surprise me if I’ll heard of it in future episodes. Maybe I’ll already have.

What’s the deal with the copper heart engraved with the name « Alan Parfitt » ?

Mag 5: Thrown away

Kieran Woodward, 23.02.2009, 93 Lancaster rd, Walthamstow, London. 

Kieran Woodward discusses a series of unsettling garbage removals from 93 Lancaster road - including assorted doll heads, long strips of singed paper with the lord’s prayer written on them, and a huge bag full of thousands of human teeth. While initially amused by the weird leavings, Alan Parfitt becomes disturbed and eventually obsessed with who is leaving these bags - it not being the owners of the house. Eventually, he goes to confront the mystery leaver on August 8th 2008, sending Kieran a text only saying “Found him”. Kieran returns to the house in pursuit to find a new garbage bag filled with packing peanuts and a brass human heart labelled with Alan’s name. 

Notes (edited): This statement has been confirmed to deal with the flesh. The teeth and heart possibly with the flesh. Martin and Sasha worked on this one.
