So... Alina killed the Darkling. She didn't hold his hand and didn't whisper his name. She was standing there watching him die... Nice.

My tears flowed as he swore he had found peace for a while, and closed his eyes thinking of the first time Alina kissed him ! And don't even get me started on the "My little Saint" he utters just before taking his last breath...

Oh and she finally chose to become queen of Ravka... ?!

And in the end six of crows grisha drug (jurda parem) is introduced.

Nikolaï and his scars are also present. Which implies that we will definitely see the Darkling again if there is a sequel. (We know King of Scars)

And a grisha tries to kill everyone at the coronation after take the jurda parem, and Alina uses the fucking Darkling power to cut her in half and... very clearly she likes doing that. She had a kind of almost pleasurable grin ?!

I forgot to specify that suddenly Alina keeps her powers finally. A good thing at least.

But... I'm very angry.

They took away the good Darkling death scene from me which was a nice Darklina scene. And obviously we are not rid of her and badly for the future.

They will continue to link all grisha and six of crows characters. Except that I don't care to see Alina and company again ! Was it so fucking hard to wrap up grisha and move on to six of crows ?!

On the other hand, the little scene between Alina and Nikolaï at the end... The chemistry is there. But I know she'll end up with Mal later for the futures seasons... 😒

Besides, damn how well did they shove Malina down our throats this season ! From episode 1 damn ?!

Also, Zoya ogling Nikolai was fun. (These two were literally the only thing I have love from the King of Scars crap duology)

Also, I feel that Alina may be turning dark... Because, the look she had after cutting this woman grisha in half... 😶

And a part of me wants to see this so badly... Give me a corrupted Alina ! Give me Alina becoming a monster to protect people ! (As the Darkling said)

I swear his little smile at the end is so pleasant. She liked using the cut. She liked cutting this woman in half. She liked to feel the power surging through her...

Obviously, they will try to adapt King of Scars at the same time as the sequel with Six of crows... Knowing that Nikolai's duology was full of inconsistencies, I don't know how they will adapt it, especially with the change of Alina keeping her powers, being queen, and with the power of the Darkling as a bonus...
