Preference: Reader is Robbed and Gives Chase (Heroes)
Fandom: Gotham
Character: Jim
You and Jim were enjoying a nice stroll down the street, looking for something to eat from a vendor. Jim stopped to get a hot dog but you wanted something a little different so you hovered a few steps away to wait. That’s when the young man snuck up and snatched your bag, taking off with it. “Hey!” you yelled, taking off after them. Jim glanced up at your yell and frowned, running after the two of you. Finally he got close enough and drew his gun. “Freeze! GCPD!” he said. The guy froze immediately, hands in the air. You stalked up to him and grabbed your bag before stomping back behind Jim and watching him arrest the perp. He smiled over at you, wondering how he was both lucky enough to have you and unlucky enough to have you running after criminals.
Character: Bullock
Harvey hated running. That’s why he let Jim do all the chasing for him. But now Harvey had met you and you liked to find trouble. You always said it was trouble that found you but Harvey knew the truth, you liked the adrenaline and lived for those moments when you could jump to action. So it wasn’t surprising when that jackass took your phone that you chased him, tackling him to the ground and using a submission move to keep him still while Harvey jogged up, panting and aggravated. The perp said something about you weighing a million pounds so Harvey kicked his head to knock him out. “He fell that way,” he told you as he called it in.
Character: Dent
Harvey put away criminals in the courtroom and you seemed to like helping. So when you asked to run some case documents to the courthouse while he visited the precinct he didn’t argue, just let you go. However, on your way someone grabbed the briefcase and you chased them, catching them and tasering them before getting a spare set of handcuffs on them. Why you had a spare set of cuffs Harvey would never tell, that was bedroom talk, but he was glad you did when you walked the robber into the precinct, a large smile on your face.
Character: Alfred
Alfred could hold his own in a fight. That was for sure. He was spry for an older chap and you liked that. You also liked that when you wanted to do something he let it happen, so he wasn’t surprised when you were mugged and instead of calling the cops you sped after the wanker and kicked his ass, taking your bag back and calling Alfred to come get you. He arrived and chuckled as the man was still unconscious in the alley. “Hello darling, I see you’ve had a good morning’s workout,” he said. You nodded, a proud smile on your face.
