Black People get killed by the police...consistently...regardless of age. So you calling the police will not have a positive outcome. 4.) It’s a bullying tactic and harassment. Black People are citizens of this country and in many cases indigenous...they have the same rights as any other citizen ...even if their rights are constantly violated.
