Well I got my answer, ‘ex boyfriend’ received my letter back in November and I thought we were working things out. In December, movie, dinner, massage for my birthday and came to my son’s house for Christmas. All lovey dovey. Then, bam, his mama is doing poorly again, allegedly. Incommunicado. Bam, breaks up with me via VOICE MESSAGE! A damn fucking grown ass man. After 2 years, tells me it’s never going to work because we’d never see each other and he doesn’t want to live with any one???? I’m pissed because I should said something at about A year. I had no intention of having a commuting relationship indefinitely, too old for that shit. Honestly, 3 out of 4 times, he came over, I fed him, we had sex, he fell asleep. In 2 years, we went to dinner about 4 times. A dozen movies, Cedar Point, gambling once. He used work and his mom as excuses. He talked to his ex girlfriend and his ‘friend who was a girl’ about us. Not to me. He never introduced me to his family, other than his daughter. He came and ate, but didn’t bring anything ever, when my kids and my friends invited him into their home. He never asked or offered any type of help, ever. He gives me a card and tells me he loves me and then a week later, dumps me by voice mail… I’m crushed, I’m angry, I’m hurt. My heart hurts….

‘Well it’s the same routine ,I work 5am to 5pm,home long enough to shower,then go to hospital,im so tired everyday,an just worried about my mom,thats my life for a while, the worst part about everything is after all that surgery they said she can still have a heart attack or stroke.’ Second such text in a week. He works a lot and takes care of no one. His mom is still in hospital rehab for open heart surgery. Barely a text, phone call, nothing. No ‘I miss you’ . No 'I’ll let you know when you can come up and visit.’ No 'I need you.’ What he doesn’t say after 2 years. I mailed him a card and letter telling him that I love him. No word yet. I’m going to visit family so when I return, I’ll call and ask. Don’t ask, won’t know. He’s old enough to explain himself.

Retirement disability

I’m on retirement disability; my liver is trying to kill me. For the most part, those close to me are real good; my kids, their SO’s, my friends and family. I am tired of some people thinking I have all this free time. They envy my napping and sleeping in. Not working. For the most part, I don’t give a shit. I feel no need to explain myself to ANY ONE. Period. I am having some issues w my SO. He’s never said anything to my face but 1. He gets annoyed if I don’t answer text/calls immediately. I have Sprint and I live in a black hole. 2. He shows up HOURS late. 3. He comes over now, watches football, eats my food, sleeps and brings laundry (doesn’t do it, mind you). 4. We rarely go out, do anything as a couple. Just because I have time, doesn’t mean I want to always take care of you. I worked my ass off from 13-50 and raised 3 kids alone. NO HELP EVER. Now on disability, I need to care for myself. I’m in constant chronic pain, from my fibromyalgia and 2 serious car accidents. I’m nauseous EVERY SINGLE DAY. Sometimes to point of vomiting. I am constantly tired, called extreme fatigue from my autoimmune diseases of thyroid and liver. Bone tired. No matter if I sleep 4 or 12 hours. Always exhausted. And I’m prone to random napping. I do some form of movement almost every day. I eat healthy 85-90% of time. I practice yoga and meditation. I’m a quid pro quo kind of woman. I want to spend time with you, not your laundry, watching you sleep or hours of football. Time is precious. My time is very precious to me. I’m hyper aware of time because I’m very ill. What can you do to make my life easier? Your presence is not enough. I get to sleep in. I can do my laundry whenever the hell I feel like it. Or not. My time is valuable to me and I no longer wish to spend it on making your life easier.
