I’m off to go get poked by things I’m allergic to to prove I have the thing I already know I have and have 30+ years of evidence of but doctors gotta poke so if I’m away for a few days it’s because the potatoes finally got me.

I can't think of any specific warnings. Maybe allergy testing if that's a warning

The nurse did not know the full process lol — I thought I was leaving in 20 minutes. I’ve been here since 8a, it’s 10:10.

I got 3 scratches with 10 minute intervals

I’ve had 2 injections with 20 minute intervals

Currently on my last injection and I have to wait 1 hour in the waiting room. Once I’ve passed that, I’m good to go 👍🏽

The last 5 scratches / injections I have shown no negative reactions 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Headcanon: neige is allergic to just the weirdest, stupidest shit

I was gonna say maybe he's allergic to strawberries cause I hc Snow White having that allergy but due to the fact my own sister has a seasonal allergy as well as a weird skin one to certain things causing a breakout where it was including whenever we joke around and I flick her and now she has said flick printed on her I'd say that's his too. It's in all his contracts to not do scenes where he gets hit or must have A, B, and C in searched his makeup

I saw an allergy specialist today. Unfortunately they didn’t take the health insurance SO’s job “provides” him with. So we had to pay $300 out of pocket. 🙃

At least the doctor and staff was nice. They assessed my asthma and made sure my lung capacity is good which it was. No concerns there. But where it gets confusing is that even though my face gets all rashy and red he doesn’t necessarily think its an allergic reaction? More importantly he doesn’t think I actually have an allergy to gluten/wheat. HOWEVER. 

He ordered some allergy testing, specifically a food allergy panel. And as you can see #7 is red. Now we would all think that #7 is wheat. But it is not. 

It’s fucking turkey. 

TURKEY.

I’m allergic to turkey.

Anyways. He thinks that my issue is that I lack enzymes in my intestinal tract to break down certain foods. So he thinks the gluten thing is moreso an intolerance than an allergy. 

So I really do need to see a gastro. 

Luckily they got me in to see one tomorrow but I’m concerned SO’s insurance won’t work there either. We’ll just have to see.
