Doctor Ricky and his wife Alli run a small family clinic far outside of town. People mistake them for being a cold-hearted couple because of their bickering and blunt words they share with both their patients and each other. However, to anyone that gets to know them, it’s clear to see they have a lot of passion for both their clinic and each other. 

Alli left the big city for Ricky’s clinic, and Ricky in turn has done everything on his part to provide his wife a comfortable and warm life in the mountains.
