Beni, the Allmate of Koujaku from Dramatical Murder!
Medium: Color Pencil and Oil Pastel on card stock
I just finished purchasing all the electronic parts to bring at least one Usagimodoki to life. (It was more expensive than anticipated but I await their arrival so I can start properly programming one to start)
While I was collecting Usagimodoki’s audio files through my second play through of Noiz’s Good Route, it had me thinking a lot about Allmates.
Im pretty sure there was some sort of dialog that stated something about Allmates getting their personality based on the environment around them which makes me raise a lot of questions about Noiz’s Allmates since Usagimodoki is quite chipper and cheerful despite Noiz’s past.
As for my project, I hope in the future I can become experienced enough to program my Usagimodoki to converse back and forth with me. For now he’s going on some factory default voice lines though.
I’ll probably post updates on his building process here and there, I thank anybody who keeps up with this in the future. 🐰
Aoba no
BENI <3

SpiiiiiiiiiiiIIIIIIIiiiiIiIIiiiinnnnnnnN
why didn't mink or koujaku get this bird as an allmate instead
I think one of the main reasons I can’t bring myself to romantically ship Aoba and Ren is that Ren just reminds me too much of a familiar or daemon, which was only reinforced when it was revealed that he’s literally a splintered part of Aoba’s mind. It doesn’t help that the game repeatedly reminds us that the two are the same person during their sex scene. There are also moments where Aoba’s relationships are mirrored through Ren’s interactions with his love interest’s Allmate, particularly Koujaku and Beni. It’s like if Pantalaimon suddenly became human and had sex with an adult Lyra. It feels wrong and strange, at least to me.
