Ok, but what if Derek was a prince and his mom or sister or whoever kept trying to get him to meet women that he could marry but none of them seem to fit because of course Derek is a die hard romantic. But at one of the balls or parties that the kingdom throws he meets Stiles who is a worker/cook/gardener and he finds himself obsessed with the sassy, maybe even openly bi Stiles who is constantly flailing and talking and he is just so beautiful when he talks about what interests him. So pretty much Prince Derek who is in love with Stiles and sneaks off to meet him whenever he can.
