another day of If, but sadly with sugar (1 tsp)
Food:
calories: 1180 kcal (I have a feeling I’m gonna get murdered for this amount)
P/F/C= 56,5/29,4/170
It was a good day. But my coffe-wending machine cheated on me and gave me sugar into coffe. So I guess I had like 1teaspoon of sugar today. I also went to pizza. But I’m still sticking with sugarfree. Today was not mindful slip.
I am having too much energy :c
