summer shred challenge day 19
20th day of avoiding added sugars - I had around 1,5g of added sugar (details below lol)

This day started madly bad. It was raining in the morning and I couldn’t get myself to get up. When I did I couldn’t get myself to work out. Even after work out I felt kinda weak. Also my sugar cravings were totaly batshit crazy today and I’ve been really fighting myself not to open my dark chocolate. But I did try hard to think positive today and it worked - this day went better than I could expect because of that.
I had some sugar anyway. It was in sauce that was added to my meat. But I’m not kinda mad about this 1,5g, sauce was tasty as heck.
After next week passes I can have 1 thing with added sugar as cheat meal. I even bought myself 2 different dark chocolates - 1st has like 15g added sugar and second around 13 in 100g. I can’t wait to see how it will taste after this time. As time passes I’m pretty sure I will leave avoiding added sugars in my lifestyle, I grew to like how I feel without that extra-boost.
