Alphas dont want omegas who talk back
omegas are not made to travel or have a job
omegas are naturally weak
You think others will want you with how old you are
those phrases were said to them they felt unlove worthless most omegas were going to get sold until they saw the heart pirates omegas achieving their dream to travel the sea being pirates
all bonded over their trauma quickly growing close having family they always wanted they all care about the other traveling underwater to avoid conflict most have terrible fear of alphas crying if one gets close to even if they are stronger
Jean Bart suffer similar way law save him he saw his omegas pack in him
Others not happy seeing a big scary alpha they quickly warm up as Jean Bart didnt treat them like others he was gentle without wanting something out of them
Even in heats Jean Bart only comfort them never forcing them to do something they dont want they accept Jean Bart
law like having his own space he does although the rest of the omegas like sharing and always being with each other Polar tang has so many unuse rooms due to omegas just sleeping in piles of each other after happily building the nest they always wished for

I love the thought that it's just Jean Bart and Cora as the pack alphas, meanwhile everyone else is omega! Maybe 1 or 2 betas. I think that would fit the Heart Pirate's theme since they're not the most typical crew (from what we've seen in the anime, it seems like they don't really fight besides a few members and i've seen discussions that the whole crew leans more towards scholarly and sneaky work rather than up-front fights). I'm gonna have to sit down and figure out everyone's designations for this au we're growing! 🌱
Also 🥺🥺 Law rescuing omegas from bad situations and making them his crewwww omgggg!! I feel like they're not as scared by the time Sabaody rolls around (maybe Law tries out diff therapy techniques with his crew so they can try and process their trauma as the years go by) and maybe Jean Bart is nervous if he just traded one cage for another, but then sees how all the omegas on the crew are understanding of him needing to be reminded that it's okay for him to eat, use supplies, and just be alive again 🥺 Maybe the omegas clock that Jean is just as wary of them as they are of him, so they start warming up to him really quick.
Also aaaah!!! Random omega nests around the Tang! Law Only allows them in the crew rooms since they can't be cluttering up the work rooms and hallways with clothes and bedding 😂 I'm sure Law also has his own personal nest that he escapes to alot since everyone wants to cuddle him as the pack's lead omega
