You know how - unless stated otherwise - Clark is really strong from infancy in most Superman media? 

Have a villain discover Superman’s identity and immediately kidnap Martha and Jonathan Kent (in this iteration, he lives) because they’re human and villain. Except, you know, these people had Clark since he was an infant. With all that entails of raising a superbaby. 

If there was ever a “villains discover Superman’s secret identity” plot I would like... 

It would be this one. 

Just have villains automatically assume that because the Kents are human, they would be very easy to hurt and therefore villain could control Superman as a result. So have like a typical “(villain thing will happen at this time) and I have your parents so you can’t do anything to stop me! Here, in case you don’t believe me” villain shoves communication-device to Martha and Jonathan. 

Both of them say something that the villain doesn’t catch but the narration tells the audience it’s important. 

And Clark stops (villain thing) anyway because whatever his parents said reassured him they were fine and handle. 

We see Superman stop (villain thing) and then go to where his parents are captivated - it is unlocked.  

And we pan to the villain unconsciousness and tied up with Martha & Jonathan Kent completely fine. Just worried about Clark because they are parents and they will worry about him regardless.     

Villain just didn’t properly think through what exactly it must have been like for Martha and Jonathan Kent to raise Superman. Because a cot would not have contained Clark when he was learning to stand. Probably not even before then. 

You probably don’t want to mess with the people who raised Superman from infancy and kept people from finding out about his powers. Like the amount of strength that would have taken.

Bonus points if the villains are aware that Superman has been super-strong since he was a baby. 

This post may exist because I had to babysit a couple of kids. One who was under six months and despised getting their nappy changed. And one of the older ones had a Superman costume on. My brain connected the dots.
