Reading the first murderbot installment and. Oh my god. Okay. Give me a minute.

I love that it hate hate hates talking to humans and isn’t technically required to follow orders or anything with its hacked gov module or whatever. But like. It watches its little TV shows. It still helps the crew. It doesn’t like looking intimidating to the crew. It’s thankful to Mensah for saving it from more awkward social interactions (!!!). It recognizes that Gurathin might feel like an outsider (nd solidarity?).
